高纯铝单晶拉伸性能及断口形貌分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用自制的定向凝固提纯炉制备大直径高纯铝圆锭,沿不同方向锯切获得高纯铝单晶拉伸试样。φ10mm铝单晶拉伸试样在室温下进行拉伸实验,观察其断口形貌与断面滑移线痕迹。结果表明:不同方向加载铝单晶拉伸时,宏观显示抗拉强度与延伸率有较大差别。显微组织观察可见明显滑移线及滑移带痕迹。断口形貌分析为纯剪切断裂。 The large diameter high purity aluminum ingot was prepared by the homemade directional solidification furnace, and was sawed to ahuminum single cry. stal tensile samples. Use these samples do tensile test at room temperature and observe their tracture morphology and slip lines. The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation had great difference with different tensile directions. The microstructure showed obvious slip lines and slip bands and the fracture morphology showed that the fracture mode of aluminum single crystal was pure shear fracture.
