摘要
本文首先介绍了铝电解过程中阳极效应的危害及发生阳极效应的相关机理。然后对于发生效应的类型进行归类分析对比,通过对阳极效应类型的分析总结,从根本上来降低阳极效应发生的机会,实现零效应生产,最大限度做到节能减排。
This paper first introduces the harm of anode effect and the mechanism of anode effect aluminum electrolysis. Then, the types of the effects are analyzed and compared. Through the analysis and summary of the type of the anode effect, the opportunity to reduce the anode effect is fimdamentally reduced, the zero effect production is realized, and the energy saving and emission reduction can be achieved to the maximum limit.
