摘要
面对深部开采中灾变事故的多发性和突发性的不知所措,为了降低冲击地压对我们生活的惨重影响,精确掌握矿山巷道变形的程度、变形位置等信息,本文从单片机与CPLD芯片的理论特点出发,设计了基于单片机与CPLD的A型脉冲反射式超声波探伤仪。通过对岩石块进行扫描排查,将回波数据存储于计算机内部,对被测对象的固有属性、功能、状态、缺陷及发展趋势等进行分析和预测,达到预防的目的,对深部开采安全事故,防止灾害的发生都具有重要的意义。
In decp mining,people are faced with the recurrent and sudden confusion of catastrophic accideues. In order to raduce the heavy impact of shock ground pressure on our lives and accurately cuiderstand mine roadway degrec,defarmation position and so on, the writer starts from the theovetical characferistics of MCU and CPLD to design a athpe pulse reflex ultrasonic detector .It can store the edu data inside the comperter by scannise the mine roadway and analyze and predict the inherent attributes, functions,states,defetts and development trends of the subjects.So the purpose of prevention is achieved.It is of great significance for coal mine safety and prevertion of disaster.
