摘要
本文报道了一种新的EDTA滴定法测定锌焙砂中锌量,方法采用焦硫酸钾熔融分解试样,稀盐酸浸出锌,沉淀分离共存干扰元素,EDTA滴定法测定锌量。分析结果与国标、行标相吻合。方法可靠、简便实用。方法的相对偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.156%~0.256%,加标回收率在99.70%~100.20%之间。
A new kind of EDTA titration method of the determination of zinc content in zinc concentrate roasting is reported.The sample is decomposed by potassium pyrosulfate at the melting temperature, zinc and the other elements are leached in the dilute hydrochloric acid solution. After the precipitation separation of coexisting interference elements, zinc content is determined by EDTA titration method.The result of the analysis is consistent with the result of the national standard and the method is reliable, simple and practical. The relative standard deviation of the method (I^SD, n=ll )was between 0.156% and 0.256%, and the recovery rate was between 99.70% and 100.20%.
