摘要
我国目前对于金属铝镀层方面已经基本实现普遍的科学化,对于复杂的应用与实践基本实现了集约化处理,这不仅提高了防腐过程的效率,同时也节省了大量的人力、物力和财力,这使得防腐管理工作又上升了一个层次。尽管大数据背景下金属铝涂层的应用工作发展飞快,但在进步过程中暴露出一系列如施工人员专业素养不高以及操作过程不准确等问题,给时代化背景下的防腐管理工作造成了一系列问题,因此,如何更为有效合理的将金属铝涂层加以应用成为重点与难点。本论文正是基于该背景,以金属铝涂层的实施现状为切入点,从金属铝涂层的特性、特点、施工流程以及工程应用等方面加以探讨。且合理运用了文献参阅法、逻辑分析法增强本论文的准确性与可读性。
For China aluminum coating has the basic realization of the scientific common basically achieved for complex application and practice of intensive processing, this not only improved the efficiency of the corrosion process, but also save a lot of manpower and material resources and financial resources, which makes the anticorrosion was a higher management level. Although aluminum coating under the background of big data application development quickly, but in the process of progress has exposed a series of such as construction personnel professional quality is not high and the operation process is not accurate, to the era background of anticorrosive management caused a series of problems, therefore, how to more effective and reasonable use of aluminum coating become important and difficult. Based on this background, this paper discusses the characteristics, characteristics, construction process and engineering application of metal-aluminium coatings from the perspective of the implementation status of metal-aluminium coatings. The accuracy and readability of this paper are enhanced by the methods of literature reference and logical analysis.
