摘要 根据普通数控车床加工曲面金属件的特点,基于用普通数控车床准确加工曲面金属件的工艺技术原理上分析该技术的优缺点和成熟度,使用以加工轴流水转桨式水轮机为基础操作机械的普通数控车床准确加工曲面金属件的工艺技术解决以往曲面零件的加工中存在的不足,从本质上革新了普通数控车床准确加工曲面金属件的工艺技术,并达到用普通数控车床准确加工曲面金属件的工艺技术的最优化的分析和利用。 Based on the characteristics of surface metal parts processing by ordinary numerical control lathes, the advantages and disadvantages and maturity of the technology are analyzed based on the technical principle of the accurate machining of surface metal parts by ordinary numerical control lathes. The surface metal parts are accurately machined by the universal numerical control lathe which is used to process the shaft running water wheel turbine as the base operation machine. The technological technology solves the defects in the processing of the surface parts in the past. It has fundamentally innovated the technology of the accurate machining of the surface metal parts by the ordinary numerical control lathe, and the optimization analysis and utilization of the process technology for the accurate machining of the surface metal parts with the ordinary numerical control lathe.
