本文以新兴铸管新疆有限公司球团生产线回转窑结圈控制为列,重点介绍球团回转窑在工艺操作过程中的结圈控制,风、煤、燃气之间的调整,在确保质量的前提下,提高球团矿产能,延缓回转窑结圈;通过对回转窑窑尾缩口尺寸的调整、燃烧器改造等工艺装备的改造,为工艺提高产能、延缓回转窑结圈提供有利条件。
