摘要
本文以新兴铸管新疆有限公司球团生产线回转窑结圈控制为列,重点介绍球团回转窑在工艺操作过程中的结圈控制,风、煤、燃气之间的调整,在确保质量的前提下,提高球团矿产能,延缓回转窑结圈;通过对回转窑窑尾缩口尺寸的调整、燃烧器改造等工艺装备的改造,为工艺提高产能、延缓回转窑结圈提供有利条件。
In this paper, the loop control of the rotary kiln in the pelletizing production line of Xinxing cast pipe Xinjiang Co., Ltd. is listed in this paper. The loop control of the pellet rotary kiln in the process of process operation is mainly introduced. The adjustment between the wind, coal and gas is introduced. On the premise of ensuring the quality, the production capacity of pellets is improved and the rotary kiln's ring is postpone; the rotary kiln kiln is passed through the rotary kiln. The modification of the size of the tail nozzle and the modification of the burner will provide favorable conditions for increasing production capacity and retarding the ring formation of the rotary kiln.
