摘要
随着经济的发展,很多领域都会应用金属铸件,因此对金属铸件的需求越来越大,同时,对金属铸件处理工艺的研究也是学者研究的重点。根据上述背景,提出热处理工艺对薄壁铝合金铸件组织性能影响研究。现今,制造业以及轻工业的发展迅速,对薄壁铝合金的需求越来越大,因此利用实验对热处理工艺对薄壁铝合金铸件组织性能进行研究,先介绍了试验材料以及方法,然后根据试验结果分析了温度对薄壁铝合金铸件组合性能的影响。
With the development of the economy, metal castings will be used in many fields. Therefore, the demand for metal castings is becoming more and more important. At the same time, the research on the processing technology of metal casting is also the focus of the research. Based on the above background, the influence of heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of thin-walled aluminum alloy castings is presented. Nowadays, the development of the manufacturing and light industry is rapid, and the demand for thin-walled aluminum alloys is becoming more and more important. Therefore, the experimental materials and methods are introduced to study the microstructure and properties of thin-walled aluminum alloy castings by the heat treatment process. Then the composite properties of the thin-walled aluminum alloy castings are analyzed by the test results. Influence.
