智慧矿山——智慧贝拉斯改造应用设计

Application design of intelligent mine-intelligent Bella transformation

贝拉斯是采场运输的重要手段,然而由于贝拉斯矿车盲区多、载重大、胎压高,采场道路路况差、转弯急、盲区大,存在严重的安全隐患。针对上述问题,本文提出以下智慧贝拉斯改造应用设计方案:引进HUD抬头显示系统,结合VR设备形成矿车360°无死角成像系统,减少车辆盲区;于道路转角处添加摄录设备,通过WHDI技术无线传输到过弯车辆,消除道路盲区;利用front-projected holographic display技术,实现虚拟画线,车辆分区行驶,减少安全隐患;引入胎压检测,结合深度学习算法,实现胎压危险预警。矿车智能化是智慧矿山的重要组成部分,对贝拉斯矿车进行智慧改造,是建设智慧矿山的关键内容。

Bellas truck is an instrument for stope transportation. However, due to the many blind spots of the truck and the stope road, heavy load, high tire pressure, poor road condition and urgent turnings, the risk of traffic accident of Bellas truck is high. Aiming at the above problems, this paper puts forward the following wisdom Bellas transformation application design： introduce HUD head up display system to the Bellas truck and combine VR equipment to form a 360 angle non dead imaging system, reducing the blind area of vehicle; add video recording equipment to the corner of the road, transmit the video signal to the over curved vehicles through the WHDI technology, so as to eliminate the blind area of the road; use front-projected holographic display technology to realize virtual drawing line on the road, make the vehicle running in different zones and reduce the accident probability;introduce tire pressure detection technology to the truck and combine it with depth learning algorithm to realize early warning of tire blow out risk. Wisdom mine truck is an important part of intelligent mining, the wisdom transformation of Bella mine truck is the key to building a wisdom mine.
