摘要 随着石油、天然气油气消耗量的增大,陆地深层和海洋油气资源的已经成为提高油气勘探开发效益、提高石油公司竞争力的重要手段。陆地深层和海洋油气资源开采往往伴随着严重的设备腐蚀,据统计75%~80%的钻杆失效是由于腐蚀引起的。钨合金作为一种新的表面材料,具有高耐腐蚀性、高耐磨性的技术特点,可以有效解决石油钻采设备腐蚀问题,本文从钨合金性能特点方面分析了钨合金钻杆在油田中的应用前景,以期给油田提供一种高性价比的设备选择方案。 With the increase of oil and gas oil and gas consumption, the deep land and marine oil and gas resources have become an important means to improve the efficiency of oil and gas exploration and development and improve the competitiveness of oil companies. The exploitation of deep and offshore oil and gas resources is often accompanied by serious equipment corrosion. According to statistics, the failure of drill pipe in 75%~80% is caused by corrosion. As a new surface material, tungsten alloy has high corrosion resistance and high abrasion resistance. It can effectively solve the corrosion problem of oil drilling equipment. In this paper, the application prospect of tungsten alloy drilling rod in oil field is analyzed from the characteristics of tungsten alloy, in order to provide a cost-effective equipment selection scheme for oil field.
