摘要
关于少数民族干部学习行为特性的研究是民族干部成长规律和教育培训规律研究的重要内容,对加强民族干部教育学科建设和民族干部队伍能力建设具有重要的学术价值和实践价值。文章以少数民族县处级领导干部为对象,通过采用问卷调查和定量分析,发现并总结出调研对象的学习行为特性与规律,进一步优化培训设计和教学策略,提高教学针对性和实效性,有助于在民族干部教育培训工作中真正贯彻落实习近平关于"开展精准化培训"的重要指示精神。
It is important to study the learning behavior characteristics of minority nationality cadres,which is critical to master the growth law and education/training rule for minority nationality cadres.It both has significant academic value and practical value for strengthening minority nationality cadres' education discipline construction and capacity building.Based on questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis,this paper studies and concludes the characteristics and pattern of learning behavior for county level minority nationality cadres,in order to improve the teaching strategies and teaching effectiveness.
