社会公平理念下城市公园绿地空间布局方法研究——以陕西省子长县城为例

Research on the Spatial Layout of Urban Park Green Space under the Concept of Social Fairness:A Case Study of Zichang County in Shaanxi Province

社会公平已成为城市公共资源配置的重要理念,针对公园绿地空间布局将社会公平进一步解读为地域适应性、空间公平性和社会公平性三个层次,并建立相应的布局方法。地域适应性重在对研究案例所在地域的城市公园绿地空间布局相关变量要素的适宜性进行研究;空间公平性主要体现为居民对公园的选择机会和出行距离的相对均等;社会公平性重点关注人均有效公园享有水平的均等,为此借鉴区位熵原理提出公园绿地享有度的概念与分析方法,作为主要评价方式和公园用地布局及其优化的重要依据。

Social fairness has become an important concept of urban public resource allocation. The social fairness of park green space is further interpreted into three levels： regional adaptability, spatial fairness and social fairness, and corresponding layout methods. The regional adaptability focuses on the suitability of the relevant variables of urban park green space layout in the research case location; spatial fairness is mainly reflected in the relative equality of residents＇ choice of parks and travel distance; social equity focuses on per capita. The effective park enjoys the equalization of the level. To this end, the concept and analysis method of park green space enjoyment is proposed based on the principle of location entropy, which is the main evaluation method and the important basis for the layout and optimization of park land.
