摘要 新建本科院校师资队伍转型发展从国家发展战略、学生职业能力培养和应用型人才培养目标实现等方面来看尤为必要。无论是从学校层面,还是从教师层面来看,定位模糊、数量不足、结构失调、技能短缺、培训不力、评价偏颇等阻滞了新建本科院校师资队伍转型发展。地方高校转型发展背景下新建本科院校必须着眼未来,立足现实,采取相应的策略,促进教师观念转变,优化教师队伍结构,改革教师评价制度,调动教师积极性,破解问题,跨越障碍,促进教师转型发展。 The transformation development of the teaching staff in the newly-upgraded colleges is especially crucial from the perspectives of national development strategy,students’ vocational ability training and the achievement of the objectives of training practice-oriented talents. Whether for schools or for the faculty,many predicaments are retarding the transformation development of the teaching staff in newly-built universities such as obscure development goal,inadequate teaching staff,structural imbalance,and insufficient training and so on.Therefore,the newly-built universities must take corresponding strategies to promote teachers’ change in concept,optimize the structure of teaching staff and reform teacher evaluation system so as to remove the predicaments and promote teachers’ transformation development.
