摘要
在职业教育领域,高职教育教师专业发展的真正内涵就是双师型教师建设和发展,双师型教师发展水平基本代表了高职教育教师专业发展程度。从双师型教师政策角度定位高职教育教师专业发展,要着重从入口关、培训关、职称导向和前端培养4个方面开展工作,即严把专业标准,建立新进教师准入机制;强化双师型,建构高职教育教师培训体系;坚持职称导向,改革高职教育教师管理体制;着眼职教长远,加大高职师范生培养力度。
In vocational education,teachers’ professional development actually means the making of double-qualified teachers.With this goal of teachers’ professional development,we should first establish an admission system in enrolling new teachers.Second,we should construct a teacher training system to produce more double-qualified teachers.Third,we should reform the teacher managing system by holding professional-title-orientation in teacher development.Fourth,we should strengthen the cultivation of normal college students specialized in vocational education.
