新时期云山勤工助学模式的创新研究——以广东外语外贸大学为例 被引量:7

摘要 被誉为高校勤工助学济困育人特色的"云山模式"在广东外语外贸大学已经走过了14个年头。早期的勤工助学模式定位于实训基地,给家庭经济困难学生提供了大量的勤工助学岗位并通过实体化经营方式提升了学生的实践能力。但是这种模式也有着传统国有企业固有的通病:机构臃肿、人浮于事、经营亏损等。在大众创业、万众创新的新形势下,云山勤工引进竞标经营模式,采取竞投标方法选拔学生经营团队,进行成本核算后与学生经营团队签订进驻协议,引入考核激励退出机制,将勤工经济实体逐步推向市场化,培养学生的创新创业意识和能力。 Yunshan Mode,known as a distinctive mode of college work-study programs in China,has been in practice for 14 years in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.Its earlier version was based on building a training base offering the needy students numerous job opportunities and improving their work ability by involving them in the actual business.However,this mode has the general drawbacks of traditional state-owned enterprises such as overstaffing,low work efficiency and operating loss.In the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,a competitive bidding system is introduced to Yunshan work-study programs.Student operating groups are selected through public bidding and they will sign contracts with the university after cost accounting.An evaluation system is also established to determine the admission and withdrawal of student operation groups,which aims to lead the university work-study programs to market and cultivate students’ awareness and capability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
