学前教育专业师范生分园实践模式研究——以Z校卓越教师培养为例 被引量:2

摘要 当前幼儿师范院校人才培养过程中普遍存在的园校模式构建不健全、实践教学失序、实训质量与培养目标不匹配等突出问题,严重影响了专业型人才培养目标的实现。贵州Z校充分发挥自身在学前教育领域的人才培养特色及与幼儿园长期深度合作的优势,借鉴国内外卓越教师人才培养的新理念,率先提出突破学生实习场域界限的新思路,构建了"校中园、园中校"分园实践培养模式和多维保障机制,为学前教育师范生卓越培养提供了新途径。 Presently,in the training of college students majoring in preschool education,a common problem is that colleges and kindergartens are disconnected,that practice-oriented teaching is in disorder,and that the quality of actuality-based training mismatches the training objectives.Z school in Guizhou province,making full use of its advantages in long-term cooperation with kindergartens,initiates the conception of breaking the traditional way of practice-oriented teaching arrangement and constructs a kindergarten-internship-based mode of training with a multi-dimension supporting system,offering a new approach of training college students majoring in preschool education.
