摘要
文章对当前小学教师教科研素养提升过程中存在的主要问题进行了分析,找出其形成的原因,并针对问题提出了改进策略。
This article analyzes the major problems in promoting primary school teacher＇s attainment of teach- ing and scientific research at present so as to find their causes and provide solutions.
