摘要
通过分析裸鲤肠道的微生物多样性,进一步对分离出的乳酸菌代表菌株的形态学特征、生理生化特征进行分析,运用牛津杯双层平板法进行耐抗生素测定,通过16Sr RNA基因测序结果与blast基因数据库比对将代表株鉴定到种或者亚种水平。从中筛选出具有优秀抑菌活性及优秀抗逆性的乳酸菌代表株。为青海湖裸鲤肠道益生菌的开发和应用提供理论支持。
By analyzing the microbial diversity of nudibranch intestine, the morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical char- acteristics of the isolates of the lactic acid bacteria isolates were further analyzed, antibiotic resistance determination was performed using the Oxford Cup double-layer plate method, 16S rRNA gene sequencing results and blast gene database alignment will identify the strain to spe- cies or subspecies level.
