摘要
本文研究了婴儿配方奶粉中叶黄素的稳定性。按照GB5009.248-2016要求,利用液相色谱测定奶粉中叶黄素含量。结果表明,在自然光条件下,放置3个月,婴儿配方粉中叶黄素含量损失约20%。42℃恒温箱中,放置3个月,婴儿配方粉中叶黄素含量损失约21%。不同包装材质对叶黄素有一定的保护作用,铝箔袋优于镀铝袋,镀铝袋优于PP袋和PE袋。结论:光照和温度都能造成婴儿配方奶粉中叶黄素的损失,包装材质对配方粉中叶黄素具有一定的保护作用。
The stability of lutein in infant formula powder was investgated. According to the requirements of GB5009,248-2016, the con- tent of lutein in infant formula powder was determined by liquid chromatography. The results showed that under natural light conditions, the lutein content of the infant formula powder lost about 20% when the samples was placed for 3 months. 42 ℃incubator placed for 3 months, the lutein content of infant formula powder lost of about 21%. Different packaging materials have a certain protective effect on lutein, alumi- num foil bag is better than aluminum bag, aluminum bag is better than PP bag and PE bag. Conclusion: Both light and temperature can cause the loss of lutein in the infant formula powder, and the packaging material has a certain protective effect on the lutein in the infant formula powder.
