样品前处理是检测分析的关键步骤。Qu ECh ERS前处理技术具有分析速度快、溶剂使用量少、操作及装置简单且回收率、准确度等较高、成本低廉的特点,广泛用于农药残留、兽药残留、真菌毒素等项目的检测。本文对Qu ECh ERS前处理技术在奶及奶制品中残留检测的研究进展进行综述。

Sample preparation is a very critical step in the determination process and it determines the analysis accuracy and precision. QuEChERS is a quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe method and is widely applied for the analysis of multiple residues. This article makes a brief summary of research progress of QuEChERS for detection of residues in milk and milk products.
