摘要
采用硫酸溶液烘箱恒温水解法,建立了适合含乳食品中动物水解蛋白L-羟脯氨酸的检测方法。结果表明:该方法简便快速、线性范围宽、检出限低、灵敏度高、重复性好适用于大批量样品的测定。方法加标回收率为92.4%~96.2%,变异系数CV为1.6%~2.5%。方法准确度、精密度都满足GB/T27404-2008实验室质量控制规范食品理化检测附录F检测方法确认的技术要求。可作为含乳食品中动物水解蛋白L-羟脯氨酸检测的首选方法。
In this experiment, a method for detecting the hydrolytic protein L- hydroxyprohne in milk containing food was established by the method of constant temperature hydrolysis in the oven of sulfuric acid. The results show that the method is simple, rapid, wide linear, low detection limit, high sensitivity and good reproduCibility for the determination of large quantities of samples. The recovery rate of the method was 92.4%-96.2%, and the coefficient of variation was CV 1.6%-2.5%. The accuracy and precision of the method meet the technical require- ments of the GB/T 27404-2008 laboratory quality control standard of food physical and chemical inspection appendix F detection method. It can be used as the first choice for the detection of L- hydroxyproline of animal hydrolysate protein in milk containing foods.
