团队跨边界行为:前因、后果及作用机制 被引量:7

Team Boundary Spanning: Antecedents, Consequences and Mechanisms

摘要 激烈的市场竞争环境下,组织需依靠团队跨边界行为建立与外部主体之间的联系,打通团队内外之间的资源以及信息通道,以促进团队的发展。团队跨边界行为促使组织行为学研究关注点从团队内转向团队外,对团队管理具有重要的意义。本研究梳理了团队跨边界行为近30年来的相关研究。在总结当前研究趋势的基础上,指出未来研究还应从以下几个方面进一步丰富与拓展:(1)重视对其概念的完善以及量表的开发;(2)关注团队跨边界行为对互动客体的影响;(3)检验不同团队跨边界行为不同层次间的相互作用关系。 In the fierce market competition environment, the organization must rely on the boundary spanning behavior of the team to establish contact with external entities, and open up resources and information channels between the inside and outside of the team to promote the development of the team. The boundary-spanning behavior of the team shift the organizational behavior research focus from within the team to outside the team, which is of great significance to team management. This study examines the boundary-spanning behavior of teams in the past 30 years from different levels. On the basis of summarizing the current research trends, it is pointing out that future research should be further enriched and expanded from the following aspects: (1) Pay attention to the improvement of its concepts and the development of scales; (2) Focus on the impact of team boundary spanning behaviors on interactive objects; (3) Examine the interactions between different levels of boundary-spanning behaviors. This review provides directional references and theoretical references for future related research.
