川甘青结合部藏区经济发展空间特征及俱乐部趋同效应研究

Spatial characteristics of economic development and club convergence effects in the Tibetan-inhabited junction area of Sichuan,Gansu and Qinghai

精确识别川甘青结合部藏区经济发展的区域空间特征是打好四省藏区整体扶贫攻坚战的首要环节。在构建涵盖川甘青结合部藏区48个县2009年到2015年经济社会数据的综合经济发展指数基础上,借助ESDA和空间计量方法对研究藏区经济发展的空间特征和俱乐部趋同效应进行考察,研究发现:川甘青结合部藏区的经济发展具备典型的空间异质性和空间依赖性"叠加"特征;表现为整体发展不平衡下突出的"抱团集聚"现象,同时区域整体符合俱乐部趋同发展规律,但在次区域内部已经形成以经济发展空间为尺度的高-高和低-低俱乐部组团,空间俱乐部趋同速率分别为5.3%和11.2%。

Accurately identifying the characteristics of the economic development of the Tibetan-inhabited junction area of Sichuan,Gansu and Qinghai as a regional space is the basic premise for the overall poverty alleviation in these provinces. On the basis of the comprehensive economic development index covering the economic and social data of 48 counties in this area from 2009 to 2015 and with the help of ESDA and spatial econometrics,this paper examines the spatial characteristics of its economic development and the relevant club-convergence effects. The study concludes that the economic development of this area has typical integrated features of spatial heterogeneity and spatial dependence,which finds expression in a prominent phenomenon of ＂clustering＂with an overall imbalanced development. At the same time,there is a phenomenon of club convergence in the whole region. However,high-high and low-low club groups with the economies of development space as the criterion have been formed within the sub-region. The spatial club convergence rates are 5. 3% and 11. 2% respectively.
