摘要 研究生骨干课程体系与其培养目标定位密切相关。本文以化学工程与技术学术学位硕士研究生骨干课程体系为例,在分析化学工程与技术学科学术学位高层次人才结构、学术学位硕士研究生课程体系现状和就业情况的基础上,基于产出导向教育理念,围绕学术学位硕士研究生的培养目标,以学校定位为出发点,以学科特色为立足点,以社会需求为关注点,以学生就业状况为落脚点,从上述四个维度探讨了"四位一体"的学术学位硕士研究生骨干课程体系应关注的几个问题。 The construction of the key postgraduate's course for academic degree is related to its orientation of training target.In this paper,the key postgraduate's course for academic degree in chemical engineering and technology was taken as an object to be investigated.After analyzing the structure of high lever talent including academic doctor and master,the current situation of the postgraduate's course and the recent employment situation of academic master in chemical engineering and technology,and on the base of outcome-based-education philosophy,the orientation of training target of academic master was concerned to the following factors,taking school orientate as starting point,discipline feature as standpoint,social needs as focus and recent employment of academic master as target.Taking all the aforementioned aspects into account,one key postgraduate's course for academic degree,quaternary,was established.
