1例重症耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎合并气胸患者的护理 被引量：7

Nursing care of one patient with severe methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia complicated with pneumothorax

摘要 总结了1例重症耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎合并气胸患者的护理经验。护理要点包括体外膜式氧合治疗转运时应用外院准备清单及转运核查单,保障转运安全;体外膜式氧合治疗运行时积极预防并发症,同时根据患者情况调整氧疗策略,通过间断俯卧位通气促进分泌物引流,高频振荡通气与常频通气交替使用促进气胸伤口愈合及肺复张,拔除气管插管后应用经鼻高流量氧疗;多种胸部物理治疗手段联合应用保障拔管后的有效痰液引流;做好用药注意事项交接及不良反应监测。患者住院44 d,经精心治疗和护理,病情好转出院。
