摘要
随着航空制造技术的发展,低压涡轮导向叶片均采用整体铸造结构,而多联体叶片形状复杂,分布多个空间角度凸台,检测难度极大。利用机械手数字射线检测系统,通过数字射线检测和传统胶片检测方法对比,确定多联体导向叶片数字射线检测的工艺可行性,实现了多联体导向叶片自动化全方位的检测,从而提高了检测效率。
With the development of aeronautical manufacturing technology, the integral casting structure is adopted for the low pressure turbine guide vanes. However, the shape of the combined vanes is complex, and many spatial angles and bosses are distributed on the vanes, so it is very difficult to detect the vane castings. In the paper, by using the digital radiography (DR) detection system with a manipulator, and by comparing the digital ray detection method and the conventional film detection method, the feasibility of the digital ray detection technology was verified for the combined guide vanes, and the automatically comprehensive detection was realized for the combined guide vanes, thus the detection efficiency was improved.
