摘要
为了改善无刷双馈电机转子谐波含量大、导体利用率低的缺点,基于齿谐波原理提出了一种采用不等匝数同心式转子绕组的无刷双馈电机。对该绕组的设计原理、方法以及谐波磁动势计算进行了分析,推导出了适用于各种绕组分布系数的计算方法,给出了一个绕组设计示例进行说明,利用绕组的设计原理制造了一台新型不等匝数同心式转子绕组的无刷双馈电机实验样机,并针对转子绕组的低谐波含量特性进行了研究。为了验证转子绕组设计的正确性,对样机进行有限元建模仿真与实验。仿真与实验结果表明,采用不等匝数同心式转子绕组设计的无刷双馈电机转子谐波含量低、导体利用率高,具有优良的性能。
In order to improve the shortcomings of brushless doubly-fed machines(BDFM) with large harmonic content and low conductor utilization, a BDFM with concentric rotor windings of unequal-turns was proposed based on the principle of tooth harmonics. In this paper, the principle and method of design and the harmonic magnetomotive force calculation of the winding were analyzed, the distribution coefficient calculation method that was suitable for all kinds of windings was derived, a winding design example was given to illustrate the use of this design method. This paper proposed a new type of concentric rotor windings of unequal-turns and takes the low harmonic content of the rotor windings into consideration. The correctness of the design of the rotor winding structure was verified by simulations and experiments of the finite element model. The results of simulations and experiments show that the BDFM with concentric rotor windings of unequal-turns has low harmonic content, high conductor utilization and excellent performances.
