“一带一路”背景下孔子学院融入大学发展研究--以菲律宾四所孔子学院为例

A Study on the Confucius Institutes' Integration into Universities under the Belt and Road Initiative——Taking the Four Confucius Institutes in the Philippines as Examples

孔子学院是各国学习汉语言文化和了解当代中国的重要平台。东南亚作为"一带一路"建设的重点地区,东盟各国孔子学院积极响应和融入"一带一路"倡议。菲律宾作为东盟的重要国家,其4所孔子学院的发展模式构建了一条可供全球孔子学院发展借鉴的路径:密切与政府合作,深入服务社区,汉语融入大学,服务国家教育改革,自筹办学经费。借鉴菲律宾孔子学院的发展经验,孔子学院的改革发展应该致力于汉语言本科专业建设、建立独立自主的招生渠道、将其人文情怀融入大学共同体、服务"一带一路"创新创业、加强文化内涵建设,拓宽服务大学学术研究视域。

As an important platform for foreign countries to learn Chinese language culture and understand contemporary China, the Confucius Institutes have been warmly welcomed by the foreign people in different countries. ASEAN is a key area for the Belt and Road Initiative, the Confucius Institutes actively respond to and integrate into the Belt and Road Initiative. As an important country of ASEAN, the development of the four Confucius Institutes in the Philippines has formed a model and a path valuable for reference for other Confucius Institutes in the world： to cooperate closely with the government, to serve the community, to integrate Chinese into universities, to serve national education reform, to get self-raised funds. Borrowing from the development experience of the Confucius Institutes in the Philippines, the reform and development of the Confucius Institute should be devoted to the construction of the undergraduate major in Chinese language, establishing independent recruitment channels, integrating humanistic feelings into the university community, serving ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ innovation and entrepreneurship, strengthening culture connotation construction, and expanding academic research horizons of the university.
