摘要
自20世纪90年代起,在区域经济发展和学生学业需求的推动下,美国部分社区学院逐步开始试点推行学士学位项目的建设。尽管这一变革引起了社会各界的争议和质疑,但当前社区学院学士学位项目仍呈持续增长之势。美国社区学院的学士学位项目历经严格审核和认证过程,立足于应用型本科人才培养的办学定位,创新性地采用能力为本的人才培养模式,同时注重加强课程与保障体系的建设。我国当前的高职本科教育可从中获取一定的经验和启示。
Since the 1990 s, driven by the needs for regional economic development and students' academic demands, some American community colleges gradually began to develop baccalaureate programs. Although this phenomenon has aroused controversy and queries, Baccalaureate programs in community colleges continued to grow. The Baccalaureate programs in American community colleges require strict authentication processes, focus on the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents, creatively employ the talents training model of competency-based education, and strengthen the construction of curriculum and guarantee system at the same time. The vocational undergraduate education in China can gain experience and implication from it.
