摘要
结合国内动车组实际需要和列车运行传感技术的发展现状,对现阶段建立动车组故障预测与健康管理地面系统的数据、用户及业务需求进行了分析,提出了基于超融合技术、铁路总公司和动车段两级硬件部署、铁路总公司–铁路局–动车段–运用所四级应用的系统设计方案,明确界定了故障预测与健康管理系统与既有动车组管理信息系统的接口和预测故障的闭环管理机制,并对动车组健康管理系统的应用前景进行了展望,对建设动车组PHM系统,实现动车组视情检修,提高动车组运用、维修效率进行了积极的思考。
According to the development status of the domestic EMU actual needs and sensing technology for train running, this paper analyzed the data, users and business requirements of the ground system of the EMU fault prediction and health management at this stage, put forward a set of system design schemes based on the super fusion technology, the two level hardware deployment of the China Railway and the EMU depot, and the four level application of the China Railway, railway administration, EMU depot, application ofce. The paper also clearly defined the interface between fault prediction and health management system and existing EMU management information system and the closed loop management mechanism of predictive failure, prospected the application prospect of the EMU fault prediction and health management system(PHM), made positive thinking such as the construction of EMU fault PHM system, the implementation of EMU visual inspection and maintenance, improvement of the efciency of EMU operation and maintenance.
