摘要
针对某供电公司220 k V基建变电站35 k V高压支柱瓷绝缘子小角度纵波探伤缺陷案例,运用X射线数字成像技术检测、绝缘电阻试验、泄漏电流试验、解剖后宏观检查、孔隙性试验等技术手段,对小角度纵波探伤缺陷支柱瓷绝缘子进行了检测分析。试验结果表明,该支柱瓷绝缘子DR检测无异常缺陷显示,但其绝缘电阻值偏低、泄漏电流超标,解剖后发现瓷体内部存在大面积黄芯,且孔隙性试验不合格。综合分析检测结果,判定该支柱瓷绝缘子不符合挂网运行使用要求。
In this paper,based on the unqualified result of the small-angle longitudinal wave detection of a35kV high voltage post insulator of ceramic material in a 220 kV converting station of a power supply compa-ny,technical methods like X-ray digital radiography (DR)detection,insulation resistance test,leakage cur-rent test,macro examination after disassembly and porosity test are used to analyze this high voltage post in-sulator. The tests show that no flaws are found by DR in this ceramic post insulator,but its insulation resis-tance is lower than standard level and its leakage current is higher than standard level;besides,large yellowcore inside is found and porosity test is not up to the standard. In conclusion, the ceramic post insulator can-not be used in power grid for operation.
