摘要 针对我国售电市场开放初期,售电公司选择客户时风险因素考虑不足的现状,提出了一种基于层次可拓法的售电公司客户风险等级评估方法。首先,建立多指标分层次的售电公司客户风险等级评估模型。其次,采用层次可拓法和主、客观加权平均权重法相结合的等级评估法,实现对目标客户的风险等级划分。最后选取广东省某地区一些典型客户进行评估,结果证明了该评估方法的合理性和有效性,为售电公司拓展客户、降低经营风险、提高收益提供了理论支撑。 In the early period of power sales market opening-up in China,risky factors were not soundly con-sidered when the power sales corporations chose customers. The paper proposes a customer grade evaluationmethod based on extension AHP method. Firstly,a customer grade evaluation model is established based onmultiple indicators and hierarchy;secondly,the grade evaluation method which combines objective and sub-jective weighting method with extension AHP method is adopted for customer grade evaluation. Finally,sometypical customers in a region of Guangdong province are selected fir evaluation and the result shows the ratio-nality and validity of the method,which provides theoretical basis for customer extension,operation risk re-duction and profit increase of power sales corporations.
