摘要 针对目前装配式建筑绿色度评价研究不足的问题,建立了基于CRITIC和TOPSIS法的装配式建筑绿色度评价模型。通过文献检索和分析研究,建立装配式建筑绿色度评价指标体系。运用CRITIC模型计算得到各评价指标的权重,运用加权TOPSIS评价模型对数据进行处理,并计算各待评价装配式建筑与理想解的相对贴近度。据此对待评价的装配式建筑绿色度进行排序,并对评价结果进行讨论分析,并针对此评价模型提出相关建议。结果表明:该模型能够较合理有效地对装配式建筑绿色度进行评价,对日后的新建装配式建筑具有较好的参考价值。 The evaluation model based on CRITIC and TOPSIS method is established. Throughliterature retrieval and analysis, the evaluation of green degree index system of prefabricated Building isestablished in view of the insufficient research on evaluation of prefabricated Building green degree.CRITIC model is used to calculate the weight of each evaluation index. Weighted TOPSIS evaluation modelis used to process the data, and relative similarity degree between each prefabricated building and idealsolution is calculated. According to the relative similarity degree, the prefabricated Building that beingevaluated are being ranked, and the result is being discussed and analyzed. Some suggestions are proposedfor the evaluation model. The result shows that the model can evaluate the prefabricated Building greendegree reasonably and effectively, It has a good reference value for the prefabricated Building in thefuture.
