山西润城镇传统民居生态节能改造策略

Ecological and Energy-saving Retrofitting Strategies for the Traditional Dwellings of Runcheng Town in Shanxi Province

针对山西润城镇传统民居围护结构、建筑材料以及当地能源利用情况等进行研究,通过对润城镇典型传统民居进行实地调研,结合实地测试数据分析、拍摄记录以及调查问卷等研究方法,整合并分析传统民居采暖方式及能耗数据等现状情况,指出润城镇传统民居建筑热消耗大、室内舒适度差等问题。在此基础上提出传统民居节能改造应遵循"生态"、"经济"等原则,在以上原则指导下,从传统民居平面布局优化、围护结构改造以及可再生能源利用三个方面提出山西润城镇传统民居生态节能改造策略,实现建筑节能、提高室内热舒适度、营造良好生活环境等目标。

The optimization of the building enclosure, the choice of the building materials areresearched, as well as utilization of the local energy source of the traditional dwellings in Runcheng Town,Shanxi Province. And survey is carried on the typical traditional dwellings in Runcheng Town throughanalyzing the test data on the spot, the filmed records and questionnaires. The paper concludes andanalyzes the status of the traditional dwellings, heating system and energy consumption, and it raised theproblems about the large heat consumption and poor indoor comfortableness. So, the principle “Ecologyand Economy ” is proposed for the traditional dwellings. The ecological energy - saving retrofittingstrategies for traditional residential buildings in Runcheng Town of Shanxi Province are proposed, fromthree aspects of traditional residential layout optimization, enclosure structure transformation andrenewable energy utilization, to save energy, improve the indoor thermal comfort and create a good livingenvironment.
