三北地区被动式节能改造设计应用前景探析 被引量:1

摘要 我国城市扩张和更新速度的加快,使许多既有建筑和旧建筑面临废弃和拆除的境况。这类建筑的改造再利用成为可持续发展的必由之路,然而,普通的改造方式依旧会产生能源的损耗。在能源日益紧缺的今天,我国三北地区因采暖所消耗的矿物资源占很大比例,但同时也由于其区域优势而拥有着丰富的天然可再生资源。为此提出了被动式与改造设计结合的方法,通过对三北地区建筑改造再利用与被动式建筑发展现状研究,深入分析了被动式的建筑改造方法在三北地区的应用潜力,对今后绿色节能改造的方向有一定程度的参考价值。 The speeding up of urban expansion and renewal in China makes many existing old buildingsface abandonment and demolition. The transformation and reutilization of such buildings have become theonly way to achieve sustainable development. However, the ordinary methods of transformation still generateenergy losses. In today,s increasingly scarce energy resources, the amount of non - renewable energyconsumed by heating in winter in Northeast China, North China and Northwest China is very huge everyyear. However, due to regional advantages, Northeast China, North China and Northwest China alsopossesses abundant natural renewable resources. For this reason, the basic method of passive design isproposed. By introducing the present situation of the buildings reconstruction and Passive Buildings inNortheast China, North China and Northwest China, this paper deeply analyzes the potential of “ Passive”retrofitting in these areas. It has certain reference value to the green energy conservation of the building.
