摘要
装配式建筑是我国建筑业实现降低能耗、节能减排的发展方向,其中构件的生产基地建设是装配式建筑得以顺利开展的关键问题。研究了绿色装配式建筑产业园区选址的众多影响因素,从产业环境、社会经济环境、基础设施条件和可持续发展等四个维度构建了选址决策的指标体系;使用C-OWA算子、灰色聚类方法建立选址决策模型。以西安市为例,针对五个绿色装配式建筑产业园区的备选地址进行实证分析,从而验证了该模型的有效性。
Assembly building is the trend of reducing energy consumption and energy saving andemission reduction in China,s construction industry, and the construction of production base of componentsis the key to the successful development of assembly building. This paper studies the factors of greenbuilding industrial park on location, from four dimensions, including the industry environment, socialeconomic environment, infrastructure and sustainable development to construct the evaluation index systemof location decision - making, C - OWA operator and grey clustering method are applied to establishlocation decision model. Taking Xi,an city as an example, the paper makes an empirical analysis of thealternative addresses of five green assembled construction industrial parks, thus proving the effectiveness ofthe model.
