锅炉配风挡板过流特性的提取算法研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据电厂通常的热工测量仪表配置,建立了锅炉挡板风门系统的空气流量测量模型。将机理建模与数据挖掘技术相结合,从锅炉运行数据中提取挡板风门的过流特性曲线,用于喷口流量测量,节省了元件的实验室测试和标定费用。在一台运行锅炉上,对空气喷口的挡板风门过流特性进行实际测定,并与从运行数据中提取的曲线相对比,二者吻合良好。空气喷口流量测量使炉膛内风粉分布监测成为可能,从而可对低NO_x煤粉燃烧器的控制进行改进。 Measurement model of air flow rate in burner vents are presented, according to conventional configuration of measuring instruments in thermal power plant. Resistance characteristics of air regulation dampers are automatically extracted from running data by mechanism modeling and data mining technology, and costs of laboratory calibration tests are saved. The discharge flow charaeteristies of air regulation dampers are measured in a practical boiler by experiments, and compared with curves extracted from the running data, they match very well. Air flow rate measurements in burner vents makes it possible to monitor air and fuel distribution in furnace, it facilitates burner control and optimization in low NOx pulverized- coal-fired boiler.
