摘要
洋葱具有较强的保健功效。据研究报道,洋葱中含有的化学成分主要为硫化物、类黄酮、苯丙素酚类、甾体皂甙类、含氮化合物、多糖、洋葱油树脂和前列腺素类等,其药理作用主要有抑菌、抗癌、抗血小板凝聚、降血糖、降血脂、抗哮喘和抗氧化作用等。洋葱具有潜在的新药开发前景。
Onions has strong health function,from report,onion chemical ingredients mainly has sulfide,flavonoids,styrene acrylic phenolic,steroidal saponins,nitrogen compounds,polysaccharide,onion oleoresin and prostaglandin,its mainly pharmaceutical effects are inhibition of bacteria,fighting of cancer,anti-platelet aggregation,the decrease of blood level,the decrease of blood fat,resistance of asthma and antioxidant effect,the onion's development prospect of functional products was also forecasted.
