摘要 针对燃煤电厂脱硝3个采样探头CEMS运行过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出了一种有效的解决方案,提高脱硝进出口NOx、氧量的测量准确度,并通过在线NOx分布试验为运行人员提供NOx分布情况,优化喷氨运行,提高氨的使用率,降低氨逃逸对下游设备的影响,为电厂环保设施经济安全稳定运行提供数据支撑。 This article is mainly aimed at coal -fired power plants denitrification 3 CEMS sampling probe operation problems appeared in the process of summary analysis, put forward a kind of effective solutions, improve the denitration import and export of NOx , oxygen measurement accuracy, and through the online NOx distribution test for operators to provide distribution of NOx, optimize the ammonia spraying operation, improve the utilization rate of ammonia, reduce the effect of ammonia escape to the downstream equipment, environmental protection facilities for power plant economic provide important data support the safe and stable operation.
