摘要
燃机进气系统过滤器在高湿低温季节易发生湿堵问题,造成进气系统压损快速增加,影响机组安全稳定运行。北京太阳宫燃气发电有限公司针对该电厂GE9351FA机组实际情况,进行了防冰除湿系统的改造,该系统能显著提高进气系统过滤器前部空气温度,降低空气湿度,避免湿堵现象的出现。
During the high humidity and low temperature season, the filter of gas turbine intake system is prone to be wet - resistance, which results in the rapid increase of the intake system pressure loss and affects the safety and stability of power plant. Beijing Taiyanggong Gas Fired Power Generation Co. Ltd. has accomplished the the reformation of anti -icing and dehumidification system according to the actual operation of GE9351FA power plant. The system can significantly increase the filter front air and reduce the air humidity, avoiding the emergence of air intake system wet - resistance.
