Research Progress of Antithrombotic Therapy in Non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation Patients with CHA_2DS_2-VAS_C Score of One

心房颤动显著增加卒中和血栓栓塞的发生风险,抗凝治疗对心房颤动处理至关重要。CHA_2DS_2-VAS_C评分系统作为评估心房颤动血栓栓塞风险的重要工具,显示出与血栓栓塞风险很好的相关性。目前,对于伴有一项非性别相关卒中危险因素的患者,即CHA_2DS_2-VAS_C评分为1分的男性患者或CHA_2DS_2-VAS_C评分为2分的女性患者,血栓栓塞预防的最佳治疗尚有争议。现就CHA_2DS_2-VAS_C评分为1分的非瓣膜性心房颤动的抗血栓治疗的研究进展做一综述。

Atrial fibrillation（AF）significantly increases the risk of stroke and systemic embolism.Oral anticoagulant therapy is the mainstay in the management of AF.As an important tool to estimate the thromboembolic risk caused by AF,CHA 2 DS 2 -VAS C scoring system exerts excellent correlation with the incidence of thromboembolic events.For AF patients with CHA 2 DS 2 -VAS C score of one,the optimal antithrombotic therapy remains controversial.In this review,the latest evidence on the risks and benefits of antithrombotic therapy in AF patients with CHA 2 DS 2 -VAS C score of one is summarized.
