摘要
射频导管消融是目前治疗心律失常的重要手段,传统的射频导管消融术需在透视引导下进行导管位置确认,手术中的X射线暴露对术者及患者的长期健康有明显影响,随着放射防护意识的逐步提高,减少手术中放射暴露成为全世界所关注及研究的问题。近年来,随着绿色三维电生理、超声技术等的倡导与发展,射频导管消融的放射量从减少逐步实现消除,各种减少放射的技术方法、设备取得长足进步。现就目前心律失常射频导管消融的放射防护发展情况做一综述。
Catheter ablation plays an important role in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia.Traditional electrophysiology study and catheter ablation are performed under fluoroscopy guidance,with a significant impact on patients long-term health.With the improvement of radiation protection awareness,the reduced exposure of radiation has garnered the world s attention.This paper review the progress on the current arrhythmia catheter ablation of X-ray protection.
