摘要
环肺静脉隔离术的持久稳定与很多参数有关,其中包括:导管尖端电极的尺寸和组成、导管尖端的方向、温度、射频导管消融时间、功率、血流以及导管与组织的接触。新的压力感应导管射频导管消融的发展已可满足在射频导管消融术中测量出导管尖端与组织的压力。现就心房颤动射频导管消融中使用压力感应导管的经验,特别是在术中的参数(手术时间和X射线透视时间)做一综述。
The long-term stability of circumferential pulmonary vein isolation is related to many parameters,including the size and composition of the tip electrode,the direction of the tip of the catheter,temperature,radiofrequency ablation time,power,blood flow,and catheter-tissue contact.The development of new pressure-sensing ablation catheters has met the need to measure catheter tip and tissue pressures during radiofrequency ablation.In this article,we review the experience of using pressure-sensing catheters in radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation,especially intraoperative parameters(surgery time and fluoroscopy time).
