摘要
J波是心电图上一种特异性改变,各种病理因素导致心电图上出现新发的J波或既往J波振幅抬高称为病理性J波。不断有研究显示病理性J波与恶性心律失常、心源性猝死有密切关系。现就J波常见类型、病理性J波的危险分层、病理性J波的机制做一综述。
J wave is a specific variant on electrocardiogram and new J wave or J wave amplitude elevation which caused by pathological factors is called pathological J waves.Recent studies have shown that pathological J waves are closely related to malignant arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death.This article reviewed the common types of J wave,the risk stratification of pathological J waves and the mechanisms of pathological J waves.
