In daily clinical practice,an increasing number of patients are using antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.Over the past decades,the use of antithrombotic drugs has undergone significant changes,making the treatment of antithrombotic drugs a challenging part of perioperative management.In this review,the authors discuss the most important antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs,the perioperative management,the treatment of bleeding complications,and several laboratory analysis of these drugs.
