心肌超声造影在冠状动脉血运重建术中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 冠状动脉血运重建已经成为冠心病重要的治疗手段,极大地改善了患者的预后及生活质量。心肌超声造影对患者进行血运重建前为廉价、无创、床旁快速评价胸痛患者室壁运动及心肌血流灌注情况,而用于胸痛的鉴别,评估患者是否有严重冠状动脉狭窄、检测心肌梗死的危险区域及存活心肌;在患者进行血运重建后可评价缺血心肌的心肌血流灌注的改善情况和冠状动脉微循环的灌注情况。 Coronary revascularization has become an important treatment method resulting in excellent prognosis and greatly improved quality of life of patients with coronary artery disease.As a cheap,noninvasive and bedside examination method,myocardial contrast echocardiography can be used rapidly in the evaluation for patients with ventricular wall motion,and myocardial perfusion prior to revascularization procedure.This accordingly helps differentiate the diagnosis of chest pain,assessment of the risk area and myocardial viability.Also,myocardial contrast echocardiography in post-revascularization patients facilitates the assessment of perfusion improvement in ischemic myocardium and microcirculation reflow.This article will give a review of the clinical applications of myocardial contrast echocardiography in patients with coronary revascularization.
