不同氮源对羊肚菌菌丝生长的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为了获得野生羊肚菌(Morchella spp.)资源,并探讨其菌丝生长的最适氮源,本试验以羊肚菌属QYY、XF、 FS菌株为供试菌株,以菌丝长势、密度、均匀度、菌丝生长速率和菌丝生长指数为指标,考察6种氮源对3个羊肚菌菌株菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,除尿素外,羊肚菌3个菌株均能够很好地利用其他5种氮源,不同产地的羊肚菌菌株对氮源的利用各不相同,羊肚菌菌株QYY、 XF、 FS的最适氮源分别为硝酸钾、硝酸铵、硝酸钾,菌丝生长速率分别为4.56 mm·d^(-1)、 9.92 mm·d^(-1)、 6.63 mm·d^(-1),菌丝生长指数分别为22.83、 49.58、 26.50。 In order to obtain wild MorcheUa spp. resources, and to discuss the optimal nitrogen sources, in this experiment strain QYY, XF and FS of Morchella spp. were selected as the tested materials, the effect of six kinds of nitrogen sources on three kinds of Morchella spp. strains growth were studied, taking mycelium growth, density, uniformity, mycelium growth rate and mycelium growth index as the indexes. The results showed that all three kinds of Morchella spp. strains could make use of the other nitrogen sources except urea. The utilization of nitrogen source of Morchella spp. was different in different places. The optimal nitrogen source of strain QYY, XF and FS of Morchella spp. was KNO3, NH4NO3, KNO3. The mycelium growth rate was 4.56 mm d^-1, 9.92 mm d^-1 and 6.63 mm d^-1, respectively, and the myeelium growth index were 22.83, 49.58 and 26.50.
