摘要
碳氢活化是有机化学领域研究的热点,相比较传统的需要预官能团的碳氢活化合成联苯类化合物的方法,毫无疑问,两个非官能化苯(sp^2)的C-H键的交叉脱氢偶联一步形成联苯C-C键是原子经济性高和环境友好的途径。本文简要总结并评论了近期一些有代表性的成就,包括同源交叉脱氢偶联,异源的交叉脱氢偶联,并对其应用前景及发展趋势进行了展望。
The research of C-H activation is a hotspot in the field of organic chemistry, compared with classic cross-coupling with preinstalled functional groups to synthesize biphenyl. Undoubtedly, C-H dehy- drogenative coupling of the sp2 phenyl C-H bonds of the two non-functionalized benzenes and subsequent formation of the biphenyl C-C bond in a single step would be the most atom-economic and environmentally friendly pathway. This article briefly summarized and commented a number of representative recent achieve- ments, including Homo-dehydrogenative cross coupling and hetero-dehydrogenative cross-coupling. The ap- plication prospect has beer, depicted finally.
