高效液相色谱法测定50 g/L氟虫脲可分散液剂

摘要 建立了一种测定50 g/L氟虫脲可分散液剂含量的高效液相色谱分析方法,样品以体积比为8:2的甲醇水溶液作为流动相,经过Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-Cl8反相色谱柱分离,在波长254 nm下对氟虫脲样品进行检测。结果显示该方法的变异系数和平均回收率分别为0.01%,100.05%,线性相关系数较好,适合于50 g/L氟虫脲可分散液剂的定量分析。 An efficient method for the analysis of flufenoxuron 50 g/L DC was established based on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The samples were separated on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column using methanol-water (volume ratio 8:2) as mobile phase and detected by UV detector at 254 nm wavelength. The results showed the coefficient of variation and recovery were 0.01%, 100.05% respectively. The linear correlation was good and the method was suitable for determination of flufenoxuron 50 g/L DC.
