The Influence of Hotel Economy on Commercial Real Estate

商业地产为酒店经济发展提供很好的平台,同时酒店经济也带动了商业地产经济的增长,改变了商业地产的运营模式。从经济角度出发,分析酒店业与商业地产之间的内在联系,并以此为切入点阐述酒店经济带动商业地产发展的主要途径,最后分析酒店经济对商业地产经济增长的影响,以期为地产行业的商业经济增长提供借鉴。

Commercial real estate provides a good platform for the development of hotel economy. Meanwhile,the hotel economy also drives the growth of commercial real estate economy and changes the operation model of commercial real estate. From the perspective of economy,this paper analyzes the internal relation between hotel industry and commercial real estate,and elaborates the main ways of hotel economy driving the development of commercial economy. Finally,analyzes the impact of hotel economy on the economic growth of commercial real estate,in order to provide references for the real estate industry＇s business economic growth.
